ROCK Developments is developing a multi phase retail development Project in St. Thomas, Ontario on 20 acres of land. The first phase is comprised of two large retail buildings. Building one is a 51,000 sq. ft retail mall home of a new Winners and Mark’s. Building two is a 15,000 square foot retail space home of new PetSmart. Aura-Con provided site grading, excavation for new foundation footings, hauling, and backfill for both buildings.
