Nanda Residence is a 14,000 sq. ft modern custom home that is developed by Mazenga Building Group in Brampton Ontario. Aura-Con completed lot clearing, site grading, and bulk excavation. Due to the specific features of the custom home, a very detailed footing excavation was required for a sunken theatre room as well as an inground pool in the basement. Aura-Con hauled all excess material off site to a designated licensed fill site and completed backfill and final grading.
