PenEquity is expanding their existing central retail shopping outlet in Stoney Creek, Ontario with four additional retail buildings comprised of a variety of businesses. Aura-Con was contracted to provide excavation, hauling and backfill for the foundations of 4 proposed new buildings. Aura-Con also placed and prepared all granular material for the slab on grade in all 4 buildings that totalled 70,000 sq. ft. and all exterior sidewalks.
